From an experience that began with stress ended with just about the best customer service experience I recall ever having. "Anthony from the St. Augustine, State Farm office of Brandon Thomas was fantastic when helping us move our car insurance back to State Farm. We were once with another State Farm agent, but had to leave due to an accident that was a total loss of our car at the fault of another driver running a red light. That, combined with some roadside assistance claims and another minor fender bender, led them to drop us. I vowed not to return to State Farm ever again because of how that experience left us feeling after such a major and devastating accident at no fault to us. So we switched to Progressive who gave a better rate at the time. After, our six month premium ended with Progressive, our rates went up by $700 for our 6 month premium so we once again were on the hunt for a better rate. It was a shock to find such a great rate being offered by the Brandon Thomas State Farm agency so we switched back! My interaction with Anthony was very personable.
