My daughter lost her wallet and the only contact info she had was her car insurance card. The kind person who found her wallet called this State Farm office and they were able to merge the call so I could help coordinate with the Good Samaritan and ensure my daughter could retrieve her wallet and all the contents. "Was referred to Kalani 10/30 at Brandon Thomas State Farm. My previous insurance of 38 years, who knows what it means to serve, notified FLHSMV they had cancelled my policy. My status was changed to pending suspension. Kind of a shock. Engaged Kalani and within 15 minutes, I saved $120 a month with the same coverage. Signed up for renters and saved more. I had no idea I would get this kind of customer service. Received my documents 1 hour later and was able to get to Tag office the next day 10/31 to have my status go from pending suspension to Active. Received a call Monday 11/3 from Santana. Was freaking out a little but was told Santana was a servicing agent to update me should something change, if I had any questions, Santana was a point of contact along with another servicing agent. When you are insured with a company who knows what it means to serve for 38 years because your dad was in the military, I felt kind of special and proud. The customer service provided by Brandon Thomas State Farm team has blown away my previous insurance company. Thanks"
