"Been with State Farm a good number of years. Santana has always been my company customer service rep I have delt with. It has been stress-free from day one. 'Santana's support has been outstanding and always a pleasure to deal with she took the time to walk me through my coverage options, make sure I wasn’t paying for things I didn't need, and got me set up with a great rate. It’s hard to find customer service this attentive anymore." If I had a claim and an accident I was hurt in...she always showed care empathy and always made me worry free that my car would be fixed quickly and properly or one time my car was totaled made sure I got my cars appraisal immediately done and had a check in less then a week at a very fair rate. When I needed a document she immediately got it for me not as most companies going through red tape or waiting days sometimes to get it to you.. She always made it a priority to her treating me as a VIP and helped me very much..Promptly got back to me if she wasn't available working with another client...
I don't write many reviews but felt she was well deserved of one.."

"Just want to share my WONDERFUL experiences with this office over the years. Kalani has been my rep since I started my company, doing all my business policies, personal, etc. He has always been the most responsive rep I have ever had in any field ever. I bought a new vehicle a few days back and called to get the proof of insurance and he had it all handled and in my inbox in less than 60 seconds. Anytime I need a COI for the company, he sends it over within minutes.

Haley, their receptionist over there also gets 10/10 stars in my book. I called requesting a quote on a new vehicle and gave her the VIN and she got me the best pricing, best customer service, and personable attitude I have experienced from an office in a long time. She is newer to the team I hear, but was VERY impressed by her knowledge and communication and handling everything I requested. This entire office no matter who answers the phone has been 10/10 every single time.

i have started referring friends and their companies they own over to them as well because that is just how much I trust/love this office. 5 stars is not enough for this group.
