Before opening my agency, I worked as a State Farm Team Member and learned firsthand how much of a difference the right team can make. That experience helped shape the type of agency I wanted to build—one where people feel supported, challenged, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.
Today, we're a team of eight that works hard, celebrates wins, and enjoys spending time together both in and out of the office. We have a laid-back atmosphere, but we're serious about taking care of our customers and helping each other succeed. We're proud to be one of the top-performing agencies in the Southeast, but what matters most to me is maintaining a culture where people feel valued and have opportunities to grow.
One thing that makes our agency different is the investment we make in our team members as people, not just employees. RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
